The location of the hotel is INCREDIBLE, close to downtown, historic center, and the stadium. The employees are amicable and very helpful. It has brand-new large rooms, that come with a better WiFi signal, powerful shower, for example.

Great location, close to the historic center. Private car park, a blessing for drivers. Beautifully renovated old building, with wide halls and wooden stairs. Friendly host, with limited English. Comfortable, sizable rooms.

The hotel was beautifully renovated, with a great-sized room and bathroom. It was in a perfect location, right in the center and close to everything we wanted to see. the fact that they had a huge locked car park was a big bonus, as it made parking our car safe and convenient.
The difficulty in opening the door handles in the bedroom, which was a bit frustrating. there was no signage on the front of the building, so it took us a bit of time to find it.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated old town house. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was great. the location was perfect, right in the centre of town. We were also able to safely park our car in the huge locked empty car park. the owner, a genuine gentleman, showed us around and shared their plans to expand and open up as a restaurant.
We were also impressed by the great little kitchen on the top floor, although we didn't get a chance to use it as we only stayed one night. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect!

We recently stayed at Alm Santa Luzia for a few nights during our trip. The hotel is in a fantastic location near the old town and offers brand new, spacious rooms. The locked private parking was a huge plus for us as we had a car. The elegant staircase and wide halls added to the charm of the place. In the mornings, we loved having the Pastelria on the corner for delicious coffee and pastry. We were also impressed that the manager spoke fluent French. Another great feature was being able to use the kitchen to make ourselves a hot drink. a wonderful stay in a newly renovated hotel with great parking and a perfect location.
Would recommend this hotel.
